Why DAO?

An important question regarding DAOs in general is why anyone would opt to fund project development as a group rather than to fund them as individuals. If one cannot support the claim that DAO-based incubation is a more effective method of incubating new technologies than individual crowdsourcing, then the ASTRALS’ Galaxy DAO is not serving its function to the best ability.

So what then, might make NFT community DAOs the superior option?
